International delivery: Shipments after stock is confirmed are made with a currier agency and it normally takes 4 to 7 working days, depending on destination, for delivery. You can make your order from anywhere in Europe, North America and South America*, as well as from Saudi Arabia, Japan and Australia. Delivery time and costs depend on destination and weight. The delivery costs will be indicated when the purchase is confirmed.
All countries that are not within the European Union are subject to pay their corresponding fees under State Taxes, for which Charo Ruiz company is not responsible. Countries such as the UK, Switzerland or Norway please note that there is payment of tariffs to enter the goods that the customer has to take care of.

You can pay for your order using Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We also accept bank transfers. In the event of a stock problem with any items in your order, we will contact you via email. shoponline.charoruiz.com reserves the right to reject any credit card transaction. In this case, we will refund the cash to the original paying method. In this case scenario, we will refund you the total amount.
RETURN OF WOMAN COLLECTION AND SALES
If you are not satisfied with any of the items received, or receive a damaged item due to a manufacturing problem, you can return it or request a replacement within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns cannot have been previously washed or used and they should have been kept in its original packaging and with the original label.
To do this, you must send an email to email@example.com with the details of your order and the reason for return or replacement. Once the data have been checked, you can send the item to be returned. Once the item has been received in our offices and the condition of the item has been checked, the money for the returned item will be refunded in the same way as it was paid.
When the item is returned because of a manufacturing problem or because of a mistake in the size/colour/item on our part, return shipping cost will be at our expense. In all other cases, return shipping will be paid by the customer.
By law, the refund must be made within a maximum period of 14 days from when the customer communicates the withdrawal, and may retain it until the product is in your facilities.
