Start and end dates of the contest and geographic scope

The contest start date will be 16 - MAY - 2019 at 5:00 p.m. and end on day 31 - MAY - 2019 at 12:00 p.m. PM. You will be able to participate and / or vote only in that period of time.

The campaign is aimed at users in any country.

CHARO RUIZ EXPORT S.L, reserves the right to postpone or extend the period of the contest in case of force majeure, as well as the power to interpret these terms and legal conditions.

Rules and conditions to participate

Individuals over 18 years old with residence in any country and with an Instagram account may participate in the contest.

Employees of the company or fraudulent profiles can not participate.

To participate, you must comment on the INSTAGRAM photo / photos on which the contest is promoted, you must mention two friendly accounts and you must follow our account.

CHARO RUIZ EXPORT S.L, reserves the right to make changes in the campaign during its development, if there is any cause that prevents it from running smoothly or in order to improve its progress.

Selection of the winner and draw mode

The draw will take place on the 31st of May - 2019 at 12: 00NPM through the Cool Tabs platform, which will certify that the selection has been random.

There will be a raffle among all participants before a notary where a winner and two substitutes will be chosen. The winner will be officially announced on our Instagram fan page and we will send you a direct message. If within 3 days you have not responded, the award will go to the substitute, who will also have 3 days to respond. Once the prize is offered to the substitute, the previous winner will lose the right to claim the prize.

Value and nature of the prize offered

The prize will be a TOP ALOVA (reference 91111) in the color and size chosen by the winner and that has a price of 229 euros. The winner will receive them at the address indicated by our courier service, the cost of which will be at our expense.
